Churches and non-profit organizations may be able to display a net banner over a highway. First, get a permit from TXDOT and check with PEC for when and where the banner can be displayed. If you qualify for TXDOT & PEC, we can provide your banner in a light-weight net material with fabric letters sewn onto the netting.

Please note that the lead time on net banners is three weeks after you approve the artwork! If you absolutely must have a net banner in less time, it may be possible if you are OK with an up-charge. We'll do all we can to meet your time requirement.
